產(chǎn)品設計專業(yè)“三項”核心職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘 要:為了解決高校產(chǎn)品設計專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)與行業(yè)需求之間的脫節(jié)問題,文章提出“三項”核心職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式。該模式旨在培養(yǎng)學生的手繪表達與外觀設計能力、數(shù)字化設計軟件應用能力以及用戶研究與體驗設計能力,通過三個階段進行遞進式教學,旨在逐步提升學生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和實踐能力的同時,開展學科競賽、企業(yè)委托項目及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目等多種形式的實踐活動,促進產(chǎn)學研結(jié)合,增強課程的實踐效果。通過系統(tǒng)的課程體系和質(zhì)量評價標準,確保學生在各個階段均能達到預期的職業(yè)能力水平?!叭棥焙诵穆殬I(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建能夠有效解決傳統(tǒng)模式中能力培養(yǎng)分散且不持續(xù)的問題,實現(xiàn)與行業(yè)需求的精準對接,培養(yǎng)出具備高水平核心職業(yè)能力的應用型設計人才。

Abstract:In order to solve the disconnection problem between the training of product design professionals and the needs of the industry, this paper puts forward "three" core vocational ability training models. This model aims to cultivate students' abilities of hand-drawing expression and appearance design, digital design software application, and user research and experience design. Through progressive teaching in three stages, it aims to gradually improve students' professional quality and practical ability, and at the same time, carry out various forms of practical activities such as discipline competitions, enterprise commissioned projects, innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Promote the combination of production, learning and research, and enhance the practical effect of the course. Through the systematic curriculum system and quality evaluation standards, to ensure that
students can reach the expected level of professional ability at all stages. The construction of the "three" core vocational ability training mode can effectively solve the problem of scattered and unsustainable ability training in the traditional mode, achieve accurate docking with the industry demand, and cultivate application-oriented design talents with high-level core vocational ability.
