基于AHP理論的老年人腿部康養(yǎng)器械服務設計研究
摘 要:為了滿足老年人的腿部康養(yǎng)需求,研究旨在優(yōu)化老年人腿部康養(yǎng)器械的設計服務流程。首先,通過問卷調(diào)查和典型用戶訪談收集分析用戶需求,并運用層次分析法計算設計需求指標權重值,以此指導老年人腿部康養(yǎng)器械的造型設計。其次,文章引入服務設計理念,運用服務藍圖和服務系統(tǒng)圖梳理服務流程中的系統(tǒng)交互關系,識別服務流程中潛在的問題和不足。將服務設計融入老年人腿部康養(yǎng)器械的設計開發(fā)過程中,并綜合運用層次分析法進行設計指標評價,顯著提升了設計過程的科學性,促使設計思維向以用戶為中心的理念轉(zhuǎn)變,最終產(chǎn)出符合老年人用戶需求的產(chǎn)品和服務。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the elderly leg health care, the study aims to optimize the design service flow of the elderly leg health care equipment. Firstly, the user needs were collected and analyzed through questionnaire survey and typical user interview, and the weight value of design demand index was calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process to guide the modeling design of leg health care equipment for the elderly. Secondly, the paper introduces the concept of service design, uses service blueprint and service system diagram to sort out the system interaction in the service process, and identifies potential problems and deficiencies in the service process. The service design is integrated into the design and development process of leg health equipment for the elderly, and the comprehensive use of Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to evaluate the design indicators, which significantly improves the scientificity of the design process, promotes the change of design thinking to a user-centered concept, and finally produces products and services that meet the needs of elderly users.
